With a modern Laboratory and a complete structure for Analysis, Research and Development of new products, the TEXSA DO BRASIL Laboratory, the most complete in the South of Brazil in its specific market niche, has state-of-the-art equipment that allows, in addition to the development of new products, Quality monitoring, meeting the Standards of IS0 9001, Edition 2015, in order to be able to give full guarantee to TEXSA products, as well as the production of the entire range of Products produced for Third Parties (PRIVATE LABEL), where we serve among others, several multinational industries that produce their lubricants in our manufacturing plant.
Industry
Even though it is a young industry, TEXSA DO BRASIL has a very high level of industrial automation. This industrial automation combined with the quality of its trained and specialized workforce directly influences the quality and guarantee of the final product. To this end, TEXSA has state-of-the-art machinery and equipment for bottling production, with rotary systems, as well as linear ones, with weight controls, as well as monitoring and control of raw materials, bottling, labeling, lot and date identification, application of lids, seals and security seals, all of these by an automated process, precisely with the aim of offering more security, agility in technical monitoring, precision in results and thus being able to compete in its market with the same level of precision, quality and technology offered by Large Multinationals in the Lubricants segment.
